VIDEO: Mourinho-esque Wagner sparks mass brawl after touchline dash to celebrate Huddersfield winner

David Wagner did not hold back as he joined in the wild celebrations after Huddersfield Town scored in the final minutes to defeat rivals Leeds United on Sunday.

'Hazard reminds me of Messi'

The Terriers manager, who had previously worked under Jurgen Klopp as a coach at Dortmund, produced his own Jose Mourinho moment, as he replicated the Manchester United manager's touchline dash from back in his Porto days.

With the match, that featured two of the promotion-chasing sides in the Championship, finely poised at 1-1, Michael Hefele pounced to slot home in the dying moments to seal the win for Huddersfield.

Cue Wagner escaping the technical error and racing up the touchline to celebrate with the rest of his players by the corner flag as Huddersfield enjoyed a Yorkshire derby-winning moment.

Leeds manager Garry Monk then clashed with the German as he made his way back to the dugout, with players and coaches from both sides then engaging in a brawl as the game ended on a sour note.

Both bosses were sent to the stands by referee Simon Hooper but that seemingly won't bother Wagner, whose Huddersfield side now move up to fourth, one point ahead of Leeds.

Former Swansea City manager Monk was not impressed with Wagner's antics, however, telling Sky Sports after the game: "My values are to have humility, a bit of respect and a bit of class. I didn't see that."
